breakfast: Nature Valley Oats 'N Honey granola bar, Yoplait Light yogurt, 12 oz Diet Coke
lunch: Healthy Choice Fresh Mixer meal
dinner: leftover lemon pepper chicken with a small salad
snacks: handful of raisins, apple
exercise: 30 minute walk (moderate pace), 30 minute yoga session

saturday
breakfast: 1 cup of Frosted Mini Wheats with 1% milk
lunch: turkey sandwich on whole grain wheat with lite mayo and lettuce
dinner: grilled chicken on a bed of wild rice with steamed vegetables (zuchinni, squash, and green beans)
snacks: 30 animal crackers, handful of raisins
exercise: 45 minute walk (moderate pace)

sunday
breakfast: none
lunch: 1 cup Frosted Mini Wheats with 1% milk, grapes
dinner: 2 scrambled eggs with 2 tbsp low-fat cheddar cheese, fruit salad, whole grain wheat toast with 2 tbsp peanut butter
snacks: sugar-free fudgesicle, banana
exercise: 45 minute walk (moderate pace)

just a short and quick update in the food journal today.  i'm going to be trying out some new recipes this week.  i look forward to sharing them with everyone, but only if they are yummy.
