if you've read my poston 'rantings of a single girl', then you know why my dinner and snacks for tuesday are so messy. for those of you who haven't, i had a really bad day tuesday. i needed comfort food. so i ordered a pizza. but i was proud of the fact that i ate three slices and called it a day. only a few months ago, i would eat the whole freaking pizza. i also had two drinks when i met a friend at a bar to discuss some issues. i have no idea what the calorie content of an Amaretto Sour or Diet Coke and rum is, but i have a feeling it's not the best.
my point of the confession? i know i fell off the wagon last night, but that's okay. people mess up their diets all the time. the point is that i'm getting back on the wagon today. i'm going to walk a little longer today. (i know it won't counteract my night, but i'll feel better.) i'm not going to let a one bad day ruin my progress, but i just wanted you to know i goofed. it happens.
Of course it happens. Don't be too hard on yourself. Everyone's allowed a fudge day every once in a while in their diet. You're still doing great
