other good news, as of tomorrow i'll be officially released from physical therapy. i won't even have to wear my ankle brace unless i am exercising or going to be standing for long periods of time. i'm so happy! my PT did tell me that i should take it easy getting back into my exercise routine. that i don't need to start by walking on the treadmill for 2 hours. of course i'll take it easy. i don't want to kill myself!
i've been looking at this new 'game' by EA Sports. it's called EA Sports Active: Personal Trainer. if you don't know about it, it's for the Wii. from what i've read in the reviews it's much better than Wii Fit. i hear the workouts are hard and get even harder. from what i've read on all the user reviews, people seem really happy with the game and the workouts. i'm really debating buying this and incorporating it into my workout routine. anything to keep me from going to the gym (which i loathe).
